Easter Animals

Pupils in Shrone got a delightful surprise this morning - Danielle, Shay and Emma’s dad brought some of his newborn lambs and chicks to school. Even though many of us are living on farms it was our first time handling a lamb or chick. We were learning all about the animals associated with Easter so it was wonderful to have such a close up and personal experience with these animals. Our many thanks to James for sharing his knowledge of sheep with us and for bringing the animals to Shrone school.
