Our thanks to Garda Charlie and Garda Laura for visiting our school today.
They gave the pupils a very informative talk on road safety and internet safety.
Pupils got an opportunity to see and handle pepper spray, a Garda cap, a baton and last but not least a pair of handcuffs.
They also spoke about the role of the Gardai in the community, their uniforms and their daily work.
The future looks bright for the Gardai in Kerry as there are a lot of young recruits in Shrone N.S.!
